Helping Young Adults Heal From The

Past And Reconnect With Themselves

Person-Centered Therapy in Houston and Virtually Throughout the State of Texas

Something feels off, and you can’t quite explain why.

You might look like you're managing just fine on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story.

Maybe you find yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand. Overthinking, shutting down, or spiraling emotionally when things are too much to handle. You feel disconnected from people you care about, or even from yourself. Some days, it’s anxiety. Other days, it’s numbness, depression, or self-doubt. Even on the good days, you’re always waiting for the other shoe to drop. And deep down, there’s a quiet question: Why is this so hard for me?

The truth is: it's not just you, and you’re not broken. You're carrying pain from relationships that didn't feel secure, supportive, or safe. And that pain has a name, even if you don’t know it yet.

What you're feeling might be the lasting impact of past relationships that left you carrying fear, confusion, or pain that shows up in how you relate to yourself and others today.

Therapy for young adults who want more than just coping—they want to heal.

I work with young adults who are ready to get out of survival mode and begin healing from their past. Together, we’ll dive into what’s underneath the anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm to uncover the patterns that keep you stuck. You’ll begin to understand yourself in a new way, break old cycles, and build a deeper connection with yourself and others. There’s no pressure to “fix” anything, just space to grow and connect with your true self.

Here’s how I help

  • Individual Counseling

Weekly or biweekly sessions designed to help you understand your emotional patterns, build self-awareness, and feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your relationships day-to-day life.

  • Group Counseling

A supportive space to connect with others who get it. We explore themes like boundaries, identity, and emotional regulation in a space that’s guided, honest, and growth-oriented.

  • Evaluations

Evaluations can be used to determine what treatment options may be helpful. Evaluations are conducted on a case by case basis

You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode.

You deserve to feel safe in your own skin and seen for who you truly are.
