Therapy to help you break old patterns, build deeper connections, and heal from the inside out
Individual Counseling
A supportive space to slow down, process your experiences, and create meaningful change.
Lately, it feels like you’re stuck in the same patterns of managing your emotions, overthinking everything, or shutting down just to get through the day.
You might be the kind of person who looks like they’re holding it together. You show up for others, get things done, and keep smiling when you need to, but underneath the surface, you’re struggling.
What Therapy Can Help With
Somewhere along the way, you learned that it wasn’t safe to be fully yourself. Now, even in moments of calm, your nervous system still feels on edge.
Maybe you:
• Spiral into self-doubt after the smallest interaction
• Lash out in anger when something goes wrong
• Struggle to trust your own emotions or instincts
• Avoid tough conversations and sharing your feelings
• Feel disconnected from yourself, like you’re going through the motions
Therapy offers a space to reconnect with yourself, feel safer in your emotions, and begin creating the kind of peace and connection you’ve been looking for.
My Approach
Our work together will feel collaborative and tailored to you. I take a warm, trauma-informed, relational approach, which means therapy won’t feel rigid or one-size-fits-all. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, making space for honesty, curiosity, and compassion along the way.
Rather than relying on worksheets or surface-level coping tools alone, I focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll explore the emotional patterns and past experiences, that may be keeping you stuck, while also helping you reconnect with your inner sense of safety, trust, and self-compassion.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like IFS, ACT, CBT, and EMDR, but I use these tools flexibly based on what feels most supportive for you. Whether we’re making sense of present-day stress, healing from past wounds, or creating new ways of relating to yourself, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in your life.
What Healing Can Look Like
Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded in who you are and more connected to what really matters to you. In sessions, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way of the life you want, so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
You may begin to notice:
More space between emotion and reaction
The ability to set boundaries without guilt
Greater trust in your instincts and emotions
Deeper, more authentic connections with others
A sense of peace that doesn’t depend on everything being perfect
You won’t have to figure it all out at once, and you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.Ready to Get Started?
