About Me
Hi there. I’m Reagan.
I became a therapist because I believe healing happens in safe, honest relationships, and we all deserve a space where we can feel seen, understood, and supported.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Houston, followed by a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, from private practice to adult and juvenile justice centers, supporting clients from many different backgrounds and life experiences.
These diverse experiences have shaped how I show up as a therapist: flexible, nonjudgmental, and focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface so you can move forward with more clarity, trust, and self-understanding.
I work primarily from a person-centered approach and integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy based on what best supports your goals. I’m also trained in EMDR, a trauma-informed method for processing past experiences that continue to impact you in the present.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my dog and cats, enjoying slow mornings filled with coffee and yoga, and dreaming of my next hiking trip.
Why choose to work with me?
Finding the right therapist matters. The relationship you build in therapy is one of the biggest predictors of meaningful progress, and if you don’t feel understood or supported, it’s hard to do the deeper work.
That’s why I focus first on creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in understanding. I show up with curiosity, ready to hear your story, explore what’s feeling stuck, and move at a pace that works for you.
I believe you don’t need to be “fixed.” You need space to understand yourself more fully, to reconnect with your strengths, and to feel supported as you navigate change. I’m here to offer guidance while you do the deep work of rediscovering yourself and stepping into the life you want.
My Story
I was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas, and currently call Houston my home. Growing up, I experienced my own challenges that led me to seek out therapy. I was lucky enough to work with several amazing therapists who had a significant impact on my life. I was inspired by the work they did, and felt called to pursue this career in the hopes that I could help others in the same way. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outside, playing with my dog and cats, traveling to national parks, and reading.
